Primary Model: Paid Collaboration

Our standard practice is to engage collaborators and partners through paid agreements. Fair compensation ensures that every individual contributing to our work is recognized for their time, expertise, and creative labor. Paid projects allow us to maintain consistent quality, uphold timelines, and sustain the ecosystem that powers the Creative Intelligence Labs.

Secondary Model: Barter Collaboration

In select cases, we enter into barter-based collaborations when there is a clear, mutual exchange of value. These arrangements are evaluated individually and must meet the following criteria:

    •    Alignment: The collaboration aligns with eidetide’s mission, ethics, and creative direction.

    •    Parity: The exchange represents an equitable balance of time, skill, and output for all parties involved.

    •    Clarity: All barter terms are established in writing, including deliverables, timeline, and scope.

    •    Capacity: Barter projects must not disrupt paid work or existing client obligations.

Barter is not a discount model. It is a structured exchange intended to strengthen relationships, expand creative reach, and support small businesses and independent professionals in meaningful, transparent ways.

Sustainability and Integrity

We maintain a cash-first, barter-second framework to protect the integrity of creative labor. This approach ensures that while flexibility exists, it never undermines professional standards or the financial stability of our collaborators.

All work — whether compensated monetarily or through barter — is held to the same expectations of quality, accountability, and mutual respect.
