Contributions

For-Profit Status
eidetide is a for-profit business. Contributions support operations and creative development and do not constitute a charitable donation.

No Exchange / No Entitlement
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, a Contribution is not a purchase and does not create a client relationship, guarantee services, reserve capacity, or grant access to deliverables, templates, consulting, or other services.

Use of Funds
Contributions may be used to support business operations, tools and software, production resources, web and platform costs, administrative expenses, and other costs that help sustain eidetide.

Payment Processing
Contributions are processed through third-party payment providers (including, where applicable, Squarespace and its payment processors). Your payment information is handled by those providers under their terms and privacy practices. eidetide does not store full payment card details.

Receipts and Records
We may provide a confirmation email or receipt for your records. If you are contributing on behalf of a business and need an additional note for internal accounting, contact us at wave@eidetide.com.

Refunds
Contributions are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at eidetide’s sole discretion in limited circumstances (for example, duplicate charges).

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a Contribution was made in error, please contact us at wave@eidetide.com before initiating a dispute so we can help resolve it promptly.

Privacy
Information submitted in connection with a Contribution is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
