About eidetide

Creativity, with breath. Intelligence, with care.

eidetide is a creative intelligence lab built to serve the full spectrum of human and business needs — from brand architecture and AI integration to communication strategy, storytelling, and life’s defining chapters. The work is equal parts clarity and care: practical systems that perform, and creative direction that still feels human.

Why “eidetide”

eidetide holds two truths at once:

  • roots (what stays)

  • movement (what continues)

eide is an homage — a name held in memory. In high school, two friends were lost far too early; one was nicknamed Sunshine for the light they carried. That kind of presence stays with you. eidetide exists, in part, to carry what mattered forward and to build work that leaves something lasting in people’s lives — the way they did.

tide is the second truth: life keeps moving. Grief and growth can live side by side, and the current doesn’t ask permission. eidetide is rooted in that reality — in the beauty of life continuing when it’s hard, and the courage to keep creating.

Mission

Build communication and creative systems that strengthen trust, align people, and move ideas into the world—using strategy, storytelling, and intelligent tools with care.

Vision

Our vision is to help shape a modern creative economy—where craft is valued, collaboration is ethical, and exchange is built on transparency, trust, and community, including structured barter and partnership.

What a “Creative Intelligence Lab” Means Here

This isn’t a physical lab. It’s a working model.

We operate as a creative intelligence lab. We test messaging, identity, narrative, and systems using creative judgment, real-world insight, and AI-enabled tools so ideas move from abstract into the world where they matter most: with people.

The Ecosystem

eidetide is organized to meet people where they are — without forcing every need into the same container.

Three Flex Labs

Labs are where eidetide does client work—scoping real needs, running focused experiments, and building deliverables that hold up in the world. Each lab flexes to the audience in front of it (enterprise, small business, or individual) while staying grounded in the same method: clarity, craft, and intelligent tools.

  • Identity becomes architecture: positioning, brand systems, naming, campaign strategy, and website content architecture.

  • Narrative becomes strategy: crisis communications, change management communication, media relations, internal communications, executive visibility, and media training.

  • Story becomes self: legacy writing, celebration-of-life storytelling, personal brand voice, photography/video, and meaningful milestones (including branded events and parties).

Two Experimental Studios

Studios are where eidetide explores in public—testing ideas, sharpening craft, and publishing what we learn. These studios hold individual perspectives and experiments, and should not be read as the unified voice of eidetide.

  • A story-driven studio where creative expression becomes a public practice. Built around long-form conversation and narrative work—released in formats that unfold over time.

  • A research-driven studio exploring the creative economy, exchange, and modern work—tracking how value moves through people, systems, and community.

One Collective

the eidetide Collective is a vetted network of collaborators across regions—called in when a lab project requires specialized expertise.

One Youth Branch: eideytidey

A youth-centered branch within the eidetide ecosystem—focused on creative learning, mentorship, and early-career experience building. eideytidey is part of eidetide today and is designed to grow over time, with a long-term goal of becoming a nonprofit arm.

Where eidetide Works

eidetide is built to work across regions, time zones, and industries—supporting moments where clarity isn’t optional. Based in St. Louis and active across the Midwest and Southwest, we’re available nationwide by request and open to international collaboration. We work through our core team and the eidetide Collective, calling in trusted specialists by market and project need.

We’re remote-first and in-person by intention. Our workflow is largely asynchronous and outcome-led: clear deadlines, thoughtful planning, and protected focus. We set response windows to support deep work—there’s no expectation of instant replies outside agreed timelines.

Our work often shows up in high-stakes or high-visibility environments, including:

  • Organizational change and internal alignment

  • Executive visibility and thought leadership

  • Reputation, crisis readiness, and response

  • Campaign messaging and audience engagement

  • Brand and narrative systems that scale

  • Digital communication platforms that function as sources of truth

Collectively, our experience spans education, healthcare, technology, aviation, nonprofits, retail, the public sector, and community-based work—plus founder-led ventures and personal storytelling projects where care and confidentiality matter.

Because many engagements involve sensitive strategy or private stories, we do not publish client names or logos without explicit permission. We’re happy to share relevant examples through secure access when appropriate.

eidetide exists because the tide keeps moving—and so do we. We built this as a place where ideas can leave the page and live in the world, shaped with creativity, intelligence, and care. Across our labs, studios, and collective, the goal is the same: make work that’s honest, useful, and human—work that helps brands grow, communities connect, and people feel seen in the process. And as we build forward, we’re also building back: creating space for mentorship and youth learning through eideytidey, so the next wave has room to practice, contribute, and grow.
