Occasionally, eidetide may engage youth participants through eideytidey, our supervised creative and educational branch, to support select projects, learning experiences, or community collaborations. All youth participation is overseen by adult project leads, and any personal information (such as names, images, or creative work) is collected only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Personal information collected through eideytidey is used solely for the purposes of the approved project and is never sold, shared, or repurposed for marketing or external communications without additional consent. Parents or guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us at wave@eidetide.com.
If eidetide becomes aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete the information from our records.
To protect youth participants, eideytidey opportunities are supervised and may require verification steps, including parental/guardian consent and, where appropriate, background checks.
